Cathy Chatelain, Simpsonville Branch Manager, presented the $2,500 cash to Debra Dillard, our First Quarter winner. Debra was understandably excited and couldn’t believe that her name was selected.

Debra’s name was drawn among 288 qualified entries during our First Quarter Promotional Period of the Heritage & Freedom special $2,500 Disbursed Loan Giveaway! Every eligible loan with new money that closed between January 1–March 31 earned an automatic entry for a chance to win $2,500*!

_{2.  Eligibility for Promotion by Quarter:} 

_{Q1 2026 – Any loan that is disbursed during the 1^st Quarter. Must include new money.}

_{Q1 2026 – Any new Term Share Certificate opened during the 2^nd Quarter. Must include new money.}

_{Q3 2026 – Any loan that is disbursed during the 1^st Quarter. Must include new money.}

_{Q1 2026 – Any new Term Share Certificate opened during the 2^nd Quarter. Must include new money.}

_{Manual Entries: as provided herein. Participation is limited to individuals who are 18 years or older and U.S. residents.  By submitting any entry, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules.} 

_{The Promotion Period begins on January 1, 2026, and ends on December 15, 2026, and applies to entries actually received by the Credit Union during this period.  Board Members, employees of the Credit Union, and their respective immediate family members residing in a single household are not eligible.  The winner will be notified by the Credit Union.  If any prize is unclaimed, an alternate winner will be chosen.} 

_{3.  Prizes.  The Credit Union will award a total of one Grand Prize each Quarter of consisting of the following: $2,500 Cash.}

_{4.  Manual Entries: All other entries will be entered in the drawing to win this prize upon receipt of a written entry on a 3 x 5 piece of paper setting forth the entrant’s name, address, telephone number, and (if applicable) account number and member number.  One entry per envelope for manual entries; no photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries accepted; and the Credit Union is not responsible for lost, late, misdelivered, incomplete or postage-due entries. To claim the prize, the winner must sign and return a release and an affidavit of eligibility and publicity release to the Credit Union at 520 W. Washington St., Greenville, SC 29601, within 14 days of notification, or prize will, in the Credit Union’s discretion, be forfeited.  The prize will be awarded only if entrants comply with these Official Rules. No cash or other consideration will be paid.}

_{5.  Void where prohibited by law.  All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.} 

_{6.  By accepting a prize, the winner consents to the use of his/her name and photograph or likeness for advertising and promotional services without compensation.} 

_{7.  Prize winners are responsible for all federal, state, local or other taxes or other assessments that may be associated with or imposed upon the winner of any prize in this promotion.} 

_{8.  Release of Claims: All winners, members of any winners household, relatives and persons who use any prize awarded by the Credit Union, and such persons heirs, assigns, executors, and administrators release and exempt the Credit Union and its directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all claims, actions, demands, charges in action and damages which they have now or any time in the future arising from use of any prize, including personal injury or death.} 

_{9.  The names of the prize-winners will be available at all Credit Union branches and will be published in the Credit Union’s newsletter, and other information resources (including the Credit Union’s website).  Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among the eligible entrants: Friday, April 10, 2026; Friday, July 10; Friday, October 9; and Friday, December 18. The selection of a prizewinner hereunder will be final.}
